Growing up in the southern US, I was pretty well exposed to a high-carb lifestyle. Once I realized I needed to start losing weight, I decided to make the switch to keto and never looked back. However I still crave some of that quality soul food and that's what this blog is dedicated to. I've been cooking as a hobby since I was a teenager, and being on ketogenic diet has given me even more inspiration to make my own take on some classic recipes and modify some from my childhood.
